REFUND POLICY

Oh no! We always want you to feel satisfied after a Quickie but unfortunately, much like the other kind of quickie, somethings just can't be taken back — due to sanitary reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products.

For our limited edition apparel drop we will offer store credit on any items returned to our warehouse in original condition within 10 days of delivery. To set up your return please email youup@getquickies.com with your order number. Our team will ensure you are within the proper return timeframe and you will be given an RA number to return your items along with the return mailing address. Please note we do not cover any return shipping expenses and are not responsible for any lost packages. Once delivered to our warehouse returns may take 2-4 business days to be processed. You will be emailed your store credit upon inspection and approval of your return. Our team reserves the right to refuse any return due to wear, stains, make-up, odour, etc. If you have any questions about our return policy please email youup@getquickies.com prior to placing an order.

 

If you feel there is a quality issue with the quality of your product please reach out to our team (don't worry, we won't ghost you) by emailing youup@getquickies.com with your order # as the subject within 90 days of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our product and will handle each inquiry on a case-by-case basis with our ultimate goal being your satisfaction
